Panca Aditya is a digital ecosystem architect with a wide array of experience spanning enterprise IT infrastructure, fintech expansion, strategic leadership, and market positioning. His career bridges deep technical architecture with high level commercial execution, a rare combination that enables him to design systems not only for performance, but for sustainable growth. Certified in ITIL V3 and experienced in SAP BASIS and SAP NetWeaver implementation with Oracle, he began his journey in the ICT industry, gaining international exposure while building enterprise systems engineered for resilience, scale, and governance discipline.

As his career evolved, Panca moved into C-level leadership roles across the fertilizer and A2P messaging industries, translating infrastructure capability into market dominance and institutional excellence. In the fertilizer sector, he led governance driven performance that earned consecutive national recognitions, while in the A2P industry he strengthened market leadership within Indonesia’s digital communication backbone. His professional path reflects a broader vision: building structured ecosystems where technology, strategy, and trust align, not merely to grow companies, but to engineer long term value and sustainable impact.

With a career that spans leading global agencies such as McCann Worldgroup, Dentsu, Leo Burnett, and Pantarei Communication, Aria combines deep creative excellence with strong business acumen.

As Founder & CEO of Jangwe Creative Liberata, he has led the integration of creative vision and commercial strategy to help brands unlock authentic and effective marketing solutions. His experience working with major telco brands including Telkomsel, Tri Indonesia, XL, and Esia strengthens Squad11’s ability to navigate complex communication landscapes with strategic clarity and creative precision.
